Welcome to a different approach to wellness. I'm not going to tell you what you can't do... I focus on what you CAN DO!
So much of the wellness world is filled with "DON'T" and "YOU SHOULDN"T!". There are so many rules, diets, restrictions and information about what may kill you that many people feel like they must create restrictive diets with complicated recipes filled with expensive organic only gluten free ingredients. Other people choose to rebel against the "health nut craze" by eating all of their meals in restaruants, devouring processed foods and then just go to the Doctor and take whatever pharmecuticals they need to keep their bodies functioning so they can get back and forth to work.
I choose to say NO to both of these options and offer something old and new. In the 21st century we have had many improvements when it comes to nutrition and wellness. I'm merging the great knowledge of the 21st century with the wisdom of real food and community from the 20th century. I also teach folks how to connect to and listen to their bodies and discover what style of eating and exercise works best for their unique individual body while connecting to a supportive community.
